Well 11 OOS Jul 2021 for maintenance per email status update. DMS
08/02/2018: David Cook: An operating permit (0574-FY2017) has been issued for the treatment plant for well 11 for Rochelle. My notes indicate that there is a change in water quality and to put Rochelle on 6-month monitoring for lead and copper. Please update SDWIS for the HMO filtration plant. Yes, change to permanent. It was taken out of service, until the radium removal plant could be built. JL

8/2/18: ROINC notified us by email that Well 11 may not be online until late August. pc
